THE TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ARE BINDING BETWEEN YOU AND TAYLOR'S SEAMLESS GUTTERING. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Subsequent Amendments
Your use of the Site constitutes Your full legal acceptance of the Terms, to the same extent as if You had physically signed an agreement with Taylor's Seamless Guttering. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE. You agree that Taylor's Seamless Guttering may amend or alter the Terms by posting on the Site such revised Terms or a reference to the web site where such revised Terms may be reviewed. When you visit the Site, submit a contact form for a free estimate, or send e-mails to Taylor's Seamless Guttering, You are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from Taylor's Seamless Guttering electronically or via phone. We may communicate with You by e-mail, phone call, SMS text message, or by posting notices on the Site. By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages regarding your project inquiries, estimates, and service updates. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Form Submissions and Accuracy of Information
By utilizing the online lead forms provided on the Site to request an estimate or contact our team, You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself and your property. Taylor's Seamless Guttering reserves the right to refuse service, cancel requests, or terminate communication if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. Your Account
If You use the Site in a manner that requires account creation or secure portal access, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and password and for restricting access to Your computer, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password. Taylor's Seamless Guttering reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

7. Non-Proprietary and Non-Confidential Treatment of Information
Taylor's Seamless Guttering reserves the right to treat any communication You make with us via the Site as non-proprietary and not confidential. Taylor's Seamless Guttering is free to use any idea, concept, or invention created by You and transmitted to it via the Site notwithstanding any limiting language You may use when transmitting such information.

8. Privacy and Analytics Tracking
Taylor's Seamless Guttering takes Your privacy seriously. Your use of the Site constitutes the acceptance of the Taylor's Seamless Guttering Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into the Terms. You also agree, and by using the Site hereby submit, to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of North Carolina relating to any dispute arising out of Your use of the Site.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

If Taylor's Seamless Guttering, in its sole discretion, determines that a violation of the Terms has occurred, we may pursue any of our legal remedies. In the event that any provision of the Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
